 ...inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers, free primary and secondary sessions are taking place during National Science & Engineering Week; 16th- 27th March 2015 at Wiltshire College, Trowbridge.

The Bloodhound STEM Education Experience is offering teachers and educators in Wiltshire a chance to attend a free CPD workshop run by the Bloodhound SSC Education Team. These sessions will be aimed at any teacher interested in learning about the BLOODHOUND Project and its aims, BLOODHOUND resources – where to find them, how to use them, and their interactive learning environment, 'BLAST'.

The Education Team will teach you about how to bring your STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects alive in the classroom drawing on real world examples using the Bloodhound Supersonic Car. The session will give you hands-on experience of BLOODHOUND activities and ideas of how to use their resources in school.

The sessions are open to all teaching staff and careers advisors, and there are separate sessions for primary schools and secondary schools/colleges.
